But, no, Andile Lungisa was at it again this week, making a Groot Mampara of himself by disrupting the first sitting of the new Nelson Mandela Bay metro council.He raised one objection after another in a bid to prevent Athol Trollip from being sworn in as mayor. When the presiding officer asked him on what rule was he rising to object, this Mampara did not even have a clue...
