Geoffrey Modisha: Thank you, S'thembiso Msomi, for a well-balanced analysis of the industrial conflict between workers and capital in our country.
Not only do executives earn first-world salaries, but our companies also tend to advance naive arguments that would be suitable for first-world countries.
Until companies consider the history of workers in our country and current inequalities left by years of apartheid and exploitation, we are not going to see an end to mass industrial action.
