Middle, lower and no class at all: iLIVE
Ndima Rawana, Boksburg: We were told long ago to tighten our belts, but the government officials kept their belts loose.
Parties are organised for thousands and millions, taxpayer money is wasted on overseas trips, and corrupt officials are suspended with pay for extensive periods.
The middle class is disappearing fast, demoted to lower class. Those who were in the lower class are now in the under class; they don't have a class at all.
A nation that has a big under-class population will be faced with violent strikes, corruption, crime and poverty. Running a household is becoming a nightmare. People are frustrated.
