Pitso Mosimane yesterday admitted that Mamelodi Sundowns never really stood a chance against newly crowned champions Kaizer Chiefs, who were unbeaten at the halfway mark of the 2014-15 season. Mosimane is now focusing on clinching the Nedbank Cup.He said of Chiefs: "It was very difficult for us at that time to compete with a team that just never dropped points. I must praise Stuart [Baxter] for keeping me on my toes."And we will form a guard of honour for the champions in our next league match - that one is non-negotiable."Sundowns host National First Division outfit Vasco da Gama in the semifinals of the Nedbank Cup at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Sunday. He said: "We are not going to take Vasco for granted. They are an awkward team with a very good coach in Tony de Nobrega ."Intriguingly, Vasco da Gama midfielder Samuel Julies will have to play against the club that owns his contract - Sundowns.Sundowns vs Vasco Da Gama airs on Supersport 4 on Sunday from 2.30pm, Ajax Cape Town v Supersport United also airs on Supersport 4 on Saturday from 7.30pm..
