Reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner has broken a Twitter record by picking up more than a million followers in under four hours. The Guinness World Records has confirmed the feat, which broke the record held by US President Barak Obama, who picked up a million Twitter followers in five hours.Jenner, who was formally know as Bruce, launched her Twitter account at the same time as Vanity Fair unveiled a photo spread of her after her transformation to being a woman and revealed her new name, Caitlyn.The former Olympic gold medallist gained notoriety as the patriarch in the reality programme Keeping Up With the Kardashians.Jenner's public transition from male to female has captivated global audiences, with the overwhelming majority being supportive of the decision.The Vanity Fair cover photo was shot by Annie Leibovitz. In an article in the magazine, Jenner talks about her gender change.Social media have been abuzz, with Twitter followers comparing Jenner to Oscar winner Jessica Lange.One tweet said, "Caitlyn Jenner looks so much like Jessica Lange from American Horror Story.""I've heard comparisons to Jessica Lange, But I think @Caitlyn Jenner looks a bit like a more mature Cindy Crawford," said another.When interviewed by The Daily Beast, Lange was taken aback at the comparison: "Oh really?
