A 14-year-old British schoolboy urged an alleged Australian terrorist to conduct a "lone wolf" attack in Melbourne, telling the man to use a firearm and machete and "give them what they deserve". In a transcript of online communication released by an Australian court, the boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - appears to try to recruit and oversee an operation by Sevdet Ramadan Besim, the 18-year-old since charged with plotting to attack police in Melbourne in April. The boy suggests sending a video of the attack to Islamic State and advises Besim to practise a beheading by killing a "proper lonely person".He tells Besim, who apparently believed he was older: "So listen akhi [my brother]. I want you to do this on your own. Just you, no one else . Start dressing like a Kuffar (non-believer) atm Cos its gonna be an UNEXPECTED attack in sha Allah [God willing]. But you will need the firearm akhi ."British police arrested the boy and handed information to Australian authorities, who swiftly arrested five teenagers believed to be planning to attack Australian police. The attack was planned for April 25, Anzac Day, which this year marked the centenary of the deployment of Australian and New Zealand troops to fight in Gallipoli in Turkey. The online communication was conducted using encrypted voice-over-internet protocol and was released after a suppression order was lifted by the Victoria Supreme Court. The transcript suggests the pair discussed detailed plans for an attack on Melbourne's Shrine of Remembrance and on police headquarters. It reads:Boy: "Im here for any advice anything you may need to know ... ill plan something in sha Allah [God willing]. Also u will have to make a video and send it to abu kambozz to snd to al hayat [a media arm of Islamic State]."Besim: "Insha'Allah I have been planning with the brothers. My main focus is authority. No problem ill make a draft in gmail and he can get if from there ...Boy: "I will study the targets in Melbourne and inshallah I will only give u one task. Now lets talk weapons. Tell me Guns etc Ammo etc."Besim has been refused bail and will appear in court again in August. ..
