Lemon and mint iced tea Ingredients6 tea bags (rooibos or a fruit infusion)500ml (2 cups) boiling water50g sugar, or more to taste500ml (2 cups) cold water45ml (3 tbsp) fresh lemon juiceLemon wedgesFresh mint leavesIce cubes, to serveMethodPlace tea bags in a large jug.Pour over boiling water.Set aside to steep for 5 minutes.Remove tea bags and stir in sugar.Add the cold water, lemon juice, lemon wedges and mint leaves and stir.Chill well before serving with ice cubes...
