Char-grilled avocados with rosa tomato vinaigrette Ingredients4 firm avocados250ml (1 cup) avocado or olive oil400g rosa tomatoes15ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped fresh rosemary5ml (1 tsp) finely chopped garlicJuice of 1 lemon125ml (cup) red wine vinegar5ml (1 tsp) sugarSalt and pepperLimes, to serveMethodHalve the avocados and remove the pips.
