Taking place every second month, the Styled Out Picnic event promises to give Johannesburgers a great inner-city outing. The tagline is ''music, food and fashion". Young fashion designers are invited to display and sell their clothing ranges at the event. The same goes for purveyors of fine crafted food.As the night progresses, DJs get the party vibes going.Conceptualised by twin sisters Letshego and Tshegofatso Sebolao, who call themselves Pop Sanity, the trendy event features DJs who play a range of music from neo-soul to old school R&B and hip-hop."Our first two picnics were hosted in Bloemfontein. Then we moved to Johannesburg and the event has been growing ever since," says Letshego. The Sebolao twins say their love of the big city plays a big part in the selection of the venue."We adore modern venues with an arty, vintage feel to them. We look at space and security, too," they say.The event attracts trendsetters and fashion-lovers.The Styled Out Picnic will be celebrating a year of outdoor partying on Saturday at the Kool Out Concept rooftop at 77 Commissioner Street, Johannesburg.See their FaceBook page or follow them on instagram@styledoutpicnic...
