Hunt is weighing his options in search for striker

Gavin Hunt says Bidvest Wits are still searching for a striker ahead of the new season and admits the club needs to start winning trophies after the investment made in the past few years. Hunt is confident he will add to his forward line before the close of the transfer window at the end of August, but says he is still assessing his options. He may also consider youth structures by giving more game-time to the highly talented Liam Jordan - that's if the 16-year-old doesn't make an anticipated move to Danish club Brondby.Hunt has yet to win a trophy since moving from Supersport United at the start of the 2013-2014 season, though he has had successive third-place finishes in the league. He admits the time has come to reverse those fortunes and repay the faith shown in him."The mandate is to do better than we have. We made a record points haul for the club in the past two seasons, but we need to kick on now."But you can't kick on without good stock and we need to get the right type of players in."..
