Jason Segel gets it write

There were cries of dismay when it was first announced that comedian Jason Segel would be playing novelist David Foster Wallace in the film The End of the Tour. Now that the film has debuted, many critics are more than a little impressed with Segel's portrayal of the depressive novelist and are whispering of awards.Based on a book by Rolling Stone journalist David Lipsky (played by Jesse Eisenberg), the film recounts a five-day interview session between Lipsky and Foster Wallace during a book tour in 1996.The hit 1990s TV show Baywatch is the latest victim of the Hollywood remake. It's been floating around for a decade but with Dwayne Johnson attached to star and Horrible Bosses' Seth Gordon announced to direct, it seems the project is on its way to becoming a horrible reality.Cinephiles will be intrigued by a new film about the father of the medium, Eadweard Muybridge. Famous for his film Horse in Motion, Muybridge is credited as one of the earliest film pioneers. Eadweard: The Godfather of Cinema premiered earlier this year in Berlin and a teaser trailer is now available online...
