Embrace life's seasonsThere are many facets of life: physical health, romance, business, spirituality. Over time you'll notice that you experience seasons in each of these areas. Sometimes you will feel ahead in one area and down in another . It is difficult to align them.Take steps to reduce stressIt's great to be ambitious and driven, to work and train hard, but taking steps to reduce daily stresses is just as important.Energy expended must be replenished. I f you allow the stress hormone cortisol to become too high you could experience abdominal fat gain, anxiety, high blood pressure, an inability to process sugars, sexual dysfunction and depression.Eat to fuel your dayGetting the right amount of calories doesn't have to be difficult. There are calculations available online to work out your basal metabolic rate. From there, you'll be able to estimate your individual recommended daily intake.If you are going to be active, consume more calories. If you are having a sedentary day, hold back , especially on carbs...
