Do you want to lose weight but don't want the schlep of planning and cooking the right meals? Hundreds of South Africans are outsourcing their weight-loss meal plans to companies that create, prepare and deliver the meals to their door. But be prepared to pay for the convenience.Wayne Kaminsky is not a dietician, a doctor or a recipe book writer - he runs a company, FitChef, and every day he receives calls from people wanting to lose weight. He provides at least 21 days of healthy meals and smoothies for those wanting to lose weight. All meals are frozen, and in line with the banting trend, he even uses cauliflower mash. The company has between 1500 and 2000 regular customers a month.
