Baywatch blow-off

There's a raunchy Baywatch film coming to cinemas and the question on everyone's mind is "Who will replace Pamela Anderson?" The big-screen rendition will star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Zac Efron but no female cast members have been identified yet.Anderson was unimpressed by the news. She was reported as saying that a new Baywatch movie was a bad idea because "no one appreciates remakes".The 48-year-old actress starred as CJ Parker in the original series from 1992 to 1998. That period was a "simpler, sweeter time" that would not translate well onto the modern-day big screen, Anderson said.But the film's director, Seth Gordan, the man behind Horrible Bosses and Identity Thief, may not be going for a direct translation. Johnson revealed that the film would be raunchy and R-rated and would focus more on the "action and less on gorgeous women running on the beach".Unlike Anderson, her former co-star, David Hasselhoff, has welcomed the project and might star in the film.But who will fill the role of CJ?There has been some social media speculation that US actress Kelly Brook has been short-listed .Brook's most recent role was in the US comedy series One Big Happy...
