Find Toti grenade killer, urges MEC

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison Willies Mchunu has urged police to do everything possible to arrest the man who allegedly killed a woman using a hand grenade. Following a domestic dispute in the early hours of Sunday morning, a 33-year-old woman was fatally injured at her Amanzimtoti home. It is believed that a man, who is related to her, allegedly hurled two hand grenades at her.The woman's two children and her brother were in the house at the time of the explosion. A 30-year-old man fled the scene and is being sought by police for the attack.Police spokesman Major Thulani Zwane said one of the hand grenades exploded, injuring the victim. She was taken to hospital, where she later died.Mchunu urged law enforcement agencies to do everything possible to ensure the suspect is brought to justice, as soon as possible...
