Four months into his job as assistant coach at Mpumalanga Black Aces, Patrick Mabedi believes he was right to reject the Malawi national team head-coaching job to work under Muhsin Ertugral. Mabedi, the former Kaizer Chiefs captain, said: "I have fitted in so well here. I was offered the chance to be the head coach of the Malawi national team, but things happened quickly and I joined Aces. "I wanted to learn more because I have worked with many coaches but Muhsin is the best coach I have been with. He is a good tactician. The most important thing for me is to learn."Having obtained his coaching qualifications in Europe, Mabedi would love to go back and coach there some day." I was lucky to get my badges in Germany, which is the Uefa A and B licence. I am doing my Uefa pro-licence now."Mabedi has been impressed with striker Collins Mbesuma, who has scored five league goals for Aces this season."He's a special player and he is working very hard ."..
