'Mrs No1' takes in Bond action

First lady Tobeka Zuma was among about 1000 guests at Durban billionaire Vivian Reddy's cocktail evening and screening of the 24th instalment of the Bond franchise, Spectre, at the Gateway Theatre of Shopping last week. Zuma joined guests on Wednesday night to watch the spectacle of entertainment, which included aerial artists and singer Nathi Mankayi, who performed the Bond theme song, Writing's on the Wall, with musician ProVerb handling formalities.Also present was "Mrs Gigabyte" - Noma Gigaba, without her Home Affairs Minister husband Malusi, who she said was in Cape Town.The two are embroiled in a social media scandal involving KwaZulu-Natal designer Buhle Mkhize, who now lives in New York.Mkhize has claimed to have had an affair with the minister.Reddy's wife, Sorisha Naidoo, used the event to launch her latest business venture - a pret-à-porter fashion range created in conjunction with designer Haroun Hansrot.Reddy, an uber fan of the British secret agent, who spent about R1.3-million on the event, made a dramatic appearance for the formalities in an Aston Martin DB10.Zuma said she had enjoyed the 150-minute film."I can't remember when last I went to the movies. I definitely enjoyed it," she said, before being whisked off into the lift by her security detail...
