Trawler goes down off PE

There has been no pollution reported after a crayfish trawler sank off the coast of Port Elizabeth on Thursday. Xtreme Projects owner Kevin Kelly, whose team has been monitoring the situation since the Baratz sank near Cape Recife, said the situation was under control. He said his ship salvage company had recovered both life rafts after 25 crew were rescued."Both life rafts are safe, while on site there is no sign of pollution in terms of floating fuel."The trawler got into difficulties around 2pm. By 3.30pm an emergency operation was launched and the trawler started sinking minutes after rescue teams arrived...
