FHM mag folds: it's a broke thing

FHM has become the latest lads' mag to bow out after a history of 31 years of displaying cover stars such as Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Megan Fox and Madonna. The final issue of the magazine hit the shelves yesterday and features English TV presenter Holly Willoughby. She first fronted the magazine in 2008.Bauer Media, which owns FHM, said in November that it would be closing the magazine after dramatic losses in circulation.FHM, or For Him Magazine, now follows the likes of Loaded and Nuts to be killed by the digital era.The final FHM honours the tongue-in-cheek tradition of other British lads' magazines that have bitten the dust by going with the theme of mourning.Willoughby poses in a black dress alongside the cover line: "Ashes to Ashes, Bust to Bust".In the US men's magazines are also feeling the online threat. Playboy will publish its final nude issue this month...
