Ses'khona call to ban DA's 'black boers'

ANC and EFF supporters almost came to blows in Cape Town before President Jacob Zuma's State of the Nation speech last night.Police intervened, firing stun grenades at the EFF crowd in Adderley Street, the CBD's main thoroughfare. The supporters responded by throwing rocks.Earlier, ANC and Ses'khona People's Rights Movement members marched to parliament to voice their grievances with the DA and its government in Western Cape.The group sang pro-Zuma songs and held banners proclaiming their support for the president.Two other marches, planned by #ZumaMustFall movement and the DA, were not as successful. The DA cancelled its event and the #ZumaMustFall gathering in Greenmarket Square was attended by only about 300 people.Ses'khona leaders declared war on the DA after it failed to send a representative to accept its memorandum calling on the party to take action against its members accused it of racism."If the DA does not want us here in town, why must we allow them in [our] town?" Loyiso Nkohla told supporters. "Anyone looking like Helen Zille in our townships, you must chase away."Nkohla said even black DA members, whom he referred to as "black boers", should not be allowed to campaign in the townships...
