If at first, you don't succeed, try, try again, seems to be the mantra of nude selfie queen Kim Kardashian who took to Instagram with a picture of herself in the buff - again.Early yesterday the reality star and wife of controversial rapper Kanye West, posted a naked selfie in what seems to be another attempt at breaking the internet."When you have nothing to wear LOL," read the accompanying caption.Kardashian, who is no newbie to baring it all, this time took a more modest approach, and covered bits with black censorship bars on the picture, which comes only three months after the birth of her son, Saint West. The picture has sparked a conversation as to what kind of message the influential mother of two is sending regarding women.@alexandraarg1 tweeted: "Kim K is incredibly gorgeous and her body is to DIE for but women are just so much more than taking naked selfies."Gender Links Media and Communications manager Sikhonzile Ndlovu echoed this view, saying the picture played into the stereotype of women being used for male gratification."Kim Kardashian is playing into this stereotype that we are trying to fight," she said."Women's bodies have long been used to advertise products that have nothing to do with their bodies in the name of male sexual gratification."Pictures like this further play into the stereotype," Ndlovu said.@MissGuided tweeted: "@KimKardashian we salute your body confidence #kimkardashian #bangingbod."The 35-year-old mother of two has posted gratuitous pictures of herself for different reasons before. In 2013 she posted her famous derriere in what is known as a "belfie" [butt selfie] saying she was showing off her post-baby body...
