After announcing it would be making a second season under new show runners, HBO has backtracked and decided that there will be no second season of Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger's 1970s music industry show Vinyl. There have been countless documentaries about The Beatles and now director Ron Howard has decided to try his hand with one about the live performance career of the Fab Four, from their early days at the Cavern Club in Liverpool to their final concert in San Francisco in 1966. The first teaser trailer has debuted on YouTube and the film releases in the US this year.The African Architecture Film Festival takes place at The Bioscope in Johannesburg until Sunday. www.thebioscope.co.za..
