The lowest beer prices were in eastern Europe, in Kiev, Ukraine and Krakow, Poland. A bottle of beer in Cape Town costs £1.29 (R26.65).On the other end, the most expensive place to have a pint is in the Swiss city of Lausanne. The average price of a bottle is £6.59.
