In the full-length film a team of comic-book superheroes in the DC Universe unite.
The trailer, released at the San Diego Comic-Con at the weekend, has already garnered more than 15million views on YouTube.
The all-star superhero cast is made up of Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).
Justice League is meant to be an answer to Warner Bros' The Avengers , with the trailer beginning with Affleck's Bruce Wayne rallying together the team of fighters.
It's likely to be more promising than its predecessor Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Each superhero gets his [and her] 15 seconds of fame, with The Flash as the comedic element in the group. The film, still in production in London, is set to be released only in November next year.
Some of the other trailers that debuted at this year's Comic-Con festival were Wonder Woman, Suicide Squad, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Doctor Strange, to name a few.
Fans seemed to be especially excited about Wonder Woman which is the first movie based on a comic with a female lead.
After director Patty Jenkins revealed the First Lady of the Justice League at Comic-Con, she said it was "long-overdue".
