Chinese sticky ribs

Chinese sticky ribs INGREDIENTS30ml (2 tbsp) oyster sauce30ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce1 clove garlic, crushed3cm fresh root ginger, peeled and grated10ml (2 tsp) five-spice powderSalt and black pepper60ml (4 tbsp) sticky brown sugar30ml (2 tbsp) golden syrup or runny honey10ml (2 tsp) sesame oil1kg pork ribsFresh coriander to garnishMETHODPlace all ingredients in a plastic bag, add the ribs and seal. Shake to coat ribs with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Preheat the oven to 190°C and place the ribs on a roasting tray with the marinade. Cover with foil and cook for about 40 minutes, turning once. Remove the foil and cook for a further 15-30 minutes till golden brown and sticky. Serve garnished with coriander leaves...
