DA to pursue SARS cash mystery

The DA says it will continue to probe "mystery cash payments" to the SA Revenue Service's second-in-command Jonas Makwakwa. The Sunday Times reported that Makwakwa had been flagged for "suspicious and unusual" cash payments into his bank account in a report given to his boss Tom Moyane. The report recommended an investigation into the origin of the funds.The Sunday Times reported the payments made between 2010 and January totalled R1.2-million.DA finance spokesman David Maynier said his party would file parliamentary questions for answers...
