A jellied duck consommé, black truffle and hazelnut soup will be accompanied by Courvoisier VS's tasting notes of ripe fruit and spring flowers. The main course is black pepper caramel duck, complimented by Courvoisier VSOP which offers a delicate bouquet of oak and exotic flowers, to name but a few of the decadent dishes.Lumiere will transport diners to the beauty of Paris's Belle Époque period.
