From Facebook and YouTube infamy to the Blacks Only Comedy show - Skhumba Hlophe and Thenjiwe Moseley have arrived. Hlophe is part of KayaFM's breakfast show that racks up thousands of hits weekly.Moseley, a Durban-born comedian known for her portrayal of madams and domestic workers in skits posted online, is ready to roast anyone brave enough to catch her attention. Now in its 12th year, the Blacks Only Comedy show is regarded as the "ultimate" stage for comedians."It took my career to the next level," said Hlophe. "It's every comedian's goal to perform at the Blacks Only Comedy show . It gives young comedians a stage on which to shine ."Hoping to capitalise on her first appearance at the show, Moseley, who started performing in 2012 in London, says her appearance is a sign that the comedy community has accepted her."My challenge will be finding ways to make sure I remain fresh. But we are funny."No one should be surprised when Moseley takes to the stage with a beer in her hand or if Hlophe calls out to members of the audience in the front row.Hlophe said: "I know the topics I'm going to discuss, but who knows what I'll say in between; I will just flow. But if I see someone with an ugly shiny top in the front row, I will have to say something."Joining them this weekend will be MC David Kau, Kagiso "KG" Mokgadi, Eureka Nkese, Siya Seya, Kedibone Mulaudzi, Tieho Khakhau, Muzi Dlamini and Lihle Lindzy Msimang.Hlophe said: "Comedy now is like kwaito in 1994 - we are all hot."The Blacks Only Comedy show at Emperors Palace, Ekurhuleni, East Rand, on Saturday at 8pm...
