More than 80% of women wear the incorrect bra size. In accordance with the emphasis placed on awareness about breasts during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, mother and son team Penny and Dimitri Parolis, owners of Inner Secrets Lingerie, offer some tips on wearing the right bra. How do you know if you're wearing the correct size bra?The breasts must be lifted out and up from the underwires to make sure all is in place. Then check from the underarm all the way around and in between the breasts, that the underwires are sitting flat and resting snugly against the breastbone. If the breasts are lifting out from the sides or from the top of the cups and are pushing out the wires, the cup is too small. The back band needs to be firm to give the breasts uplifting support.
