British beauty Michelle Keegan is spoilt for choice if reports that she is house-hunting in Cape Town are true. The actress, and winner of FHM's sexiest woman in the world last year, will be filming the BBC seriesOur Girl in South Africa next year.The UK's The Sun on Sunday quoted a source saying: "Michelle has asked her friends in Cape Town to start looking for a modern, airy flat in the Sea Point, Clifton or Camps Bay areas of Cape Town."Short-term rentals for luxury properties on the Atlantic Seaboard start from R15500 a day for a Camps Bay flat to R40000 a day in Clifton.According to the article, filming could take eight months and the brunette "doesn't want to be stuck in hotels".Keegan plays Georgie Lane, a British army medic, in Our Girl, but she is best known for playing Tina McIntyre in the soapie Coronation Street.Ian Slot, managing director of Seeff for Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl, highlighted that Cape Town was very popular with movie and TV stars."Film shoots happen almost daily so there is a strong demand for accommodation and short-term rentals."They look for good location, good amenities, privacy and security, nice views and the opportunity to soak up the Cape Town vibe," said Slot.He listed Camps Bay, Clifton, Bantry Bay and the Waterfront areas as popular among visiting television and film stars.Currently, Pam Golding has a three-bedroom apartment in Clifton to let from just R40000 a day "just opposite Clifton's 1st Beach", on their books for this upcoming peak holiday season...
