Couples who want to spend Valentine's Day in the most romantic hotel in the world should head for Cyclades in Greece. The Anastasis Apartments on Santorini island is lovers' favorite place, says a recent survey.
Tripadvisor has established a list of the best hotels in which to celebrate Valentine's Day based on the opinions of the millions of travelers around the world that make up its community.
After the Anastasis Apartments in Greece, La Minerva in Capri, Italy came second and the Cranleigh boutique hotel in Bowness-on-Windermere in the United Kingdom came third.

The Travelers' Choice Awards are based on millions of traveler's opinions on hotels on TripAdvisor over a period of 12 months following the 2012 awards, especially comments left by those who indicated that they went on holiday as part of a couple.
