Perez Hilton announces arrival of second child

Perez Hilton has announced the birth of his second child, but is yet to reveal the gender and name. The 37-year-old celebrity blogger announced the arrival of the new baby - a sibling for two-year-old Mario Armando Lavandeira III - on his website, but declined to reveal the gender or any other details about the newborn tot.
