Bruce Jenner wants the wrongful death lawsuit against him stemming from a car crash he was involved in last February to be thrown out. The 65-year-old reality TV star is being sued by the stepchildren of Kim Howe, who was killed when the Olympian allegedly smashed into her Lexus and caused it to collide head on with a Hummer on the Pacific Coast Highway in California in February, but he claims they don't deserve compensation because they didn't lose anything when she died.
