Adele is forced to keep herself in ''isolation'' as she continues her world tour because she doesn't want to get ill. Adele is being kept in solitary confinement. The Hello hitmaker - who is currently enjoying an eight-day residency at London's iconic O2 Arena as part of her 107-date world tour - is keeping herself away from others and has ditched the booze to ensure she's in the best health.
