Ciara loses court battle over sole custody of her son

Songstress Ciara lost a court battle against her ex-fiance Future to get sole custody of their son Future Junior. According to international entertainment site TMZ.com a California judge ruled in favour of Future who argued for joint custody.Future and Ciara have been locked in a widely publicized custody battle ever since their split, with Ciara also suing him for slander.
