While he has been in full beast mode training for the Comrades Marathon, Kabelo Mabalane’s fit life is clearly something that he wants to pass on to his daughter.
Posting a video to Instagram, his wifey Gail showed Kabelo helping Zoe up and down.
Now, while some might believe that it a proud dad trying to help his daughter take her first steps, we reckon those are clearly squats at work.
Either way, with a fit mom and dad, Zoe is sorted for life.
