Space shuttle Discovery's final launch is off again, this time because of stormy weather.
Just before daybreak Thursday, NASA delayed the liftoff until Friday. Rain is pounding Cape Canaveral, Florida, and meteorologists say there's little chance the weather will break in time for an afternoon liftoff. The official forecast is 80 percent "no go."
Mission managers will meet again early Friday to evaluate the weather. If there's a decent shot at acceptable conditions, they will give the go-ahead to fuel Discovery for liftoff.
Discovery already has been delayed by gas leaks and an electrical problem. The mission to the International Space Station is now running four days late. It will be the final flight for NASA's oldest surviving shuttle.
