A Massachusetts woman is facing narcotics charges after police discovered heroin and painkillers hidden in her fake butt.

The Smoking Gun reports that police arrested Jill Roy, 33, at a routine traffic stop after various pills fell from her pants leg as she was standing near a patrol car.

After being taken to Bourne Police Department for booking, Roy admitted ownership of a one-ounce bag of marijuana found inside the 2005 Volkswagen Jetta she was driving.

Her passenger, Jennifer Johnson, 32, was arrested on several outstanding warrants.

When the cops searched Roy, they noted that her underwear had a 'hard exterior'.

That would be her prosthetic butt.

After removing the butt, the cops found another 'large bulge' - which contained the rest of the drugs.

While Roy will be charged with a variety of felony and misdemeanor narcotics charges, her plastic butt won't be entered into evidence.

It is unclear whether this counts as a bum rap.
