'I have paid the fees, so it is my right to take the cow there,' Abdul Rashid Bhat told reporters after registering his cow for a professional exam.

The Kashmir Budgam resident said that he registered Kachir Gaaw (Brown Cow) in order to expose the loopholes in the online registration system of Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination according to NDTV.

While normally students need to have passed matric to write the exam, they can also appear subject to their passing.

"My cow's result is awaited," Bhat said with a smile.

The daughter of Gura Dand (Red Bull) has now been assigned a seat at Government Degree College, Bemina where students will be writing an exam on 10 May.

It is unclear whether he father's support will give her academic career wings.
