God doesn't set age limits: Utah paedophile

54-year-old Timothy Butler of Utah has admitted to molesting two children, but claims that the Bible gave him permission.

According to Raw Story, Butler molested two girls, a five year old, and a six or seven year old between 2008 and 2011. He also watched porn with the children present.

Butler did not dispute the charges, telling the judge “the Bible did not set limits on the ages between two partners, and that God will set the truth free.”

Butler has stated that he wants to represent himself in court, saying, “I’m thinking about getting a lawyer who might know a little bit more than me but I’m kind of going by my faith in God and the truth will come out and that’s what I’m going by.”

Butler's brother, Tom Butler is standing by him, saying, “People that know him know that he’s not that kind of guy.”

“He’s a great guy. He’s kind of a little crazy.”
