Despite many mails, logged faults and web-entered meter readings, it took seven years, to get correct meter readings on my statement.
I am still waiting for the R53197.26 "over-estimated" and paid ("or be cut-off" ). I guess that will take another seven years.
When a seven-year-old meter burnt out, due to fluctuating voltage, it took 100 days to install a new one, with huge over-estimated usage, impossible to prove.
If this is what makes a "world-class" city, I shudder to think how the rest of the world lives.
