On Monday, pizza franchise Debonairs apologised to a customer after she found a “pizza screen” in her order. Its spokesperson stressed that it “posed no food safety risk to the customer”. 

A day later, budget airline Mango confirmed that a piece of one of its Boeing 737s had fallen off. Its spokesperson stressed that “the loss of the panel fairing did not pose a safety risk to the flight”.
