Last year the Porsche 919 Hybrid retired from competitive motorsport. Instead of resigning it to the museum to gather dust, Porsche decided to modify the heck out of it and see just how fast it can really run. And it turns out pretty damn fast. Fast enough to outpace a F1 car and set a new lap record at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. With Neel Jani at the wheel the 919 Hybrid Evo clocked a 1:41.7.
