Ten seconds. That's all it takes for two crooks to make off with a car's licence plates.
CCTV footage emerged on social media of the two criminals walking casually up to the car, which was parked outside a home on Saturday. They each take an end and with expert precision quickly undo the plates and stroll off with them.
It's unclear where the incident took place.
