Halle Berry has won a court order banning model Gabriel Aubry from straightening or lightening the hair of their six-year-old daughter, Naha.

Berry reportedly accused Aubry of trying to hide the child's African-American roots when he had her curls straightened and lightened.

According to celebrity website TMZ, a judge ruled that neither parent could change the child's hairstyle. They have joint custody. Berry wants to reduce her child-support payments because she accuses Aubry of using the money to fund his own lifestyle.
