Creativity and unconventional thinking needed in fight against cybercrime

An out-of-the-box complex systems thinking and more holistic security models are the key to fight the increasing threat posed by online and cyber-related crimes. Both the private and public sector could do well to engage these models.There is a need for certain IT security personnel to come from non-formal education as they employ outside-of-the-box thinking.
