SanParks pilot manages to land helicopter after engine fails with three on board

SanParks was investigating the cause of a helicopter engine failure while flying over the Kruger National Park on a rhino spotting mission on Tuesday‚ SanParks said on Wednesday. The game reserve managing executive‚ Glenn Phillips‚ said the helicopter with three park officials on board had been on aerial lookout for a rhino and her calf‚ believed to be outside the West of Orpen Gate‚ when the incident happened.
