INGREDIENTS

300g dark chocolate

4 large coconut marshmallows

4 shortbread biscuits, broken into pieces

100g brazil or macadamia nuts, chopped

METHOD

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. (Don't let the bowl touch the water).

Cut the marshmallows into small pieces.

Stir the marshmallows, biscuits and nuts into the melted chocolate. Spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto a lined baking tray and chill until hard.
