INGREDIENTS

1 packet (500g) penne pasta

1 tub (200g) smoked salmon cream cheese

1 bunch spring onions, chopped

1 packet (100g) smoked salmon

1-2 avocados, peeled and sliced

Olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Salt and milled pepper

METHOD

Cook pasta according to packet instructions and drain, reserving a little cooking water.

Toss pasta, cooking water and cream cheese together until well coated.

Toss pasta with spring onions, salmon and avocado.

Season and serve.
