It is a problem that has infuriated millions of dads.

But now that Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher, 37, has shared his feelings on the subject, perhaps someone will do something about it. Kutcher, whose partner Mila Kunis gave birth to their first child, Wyatt, in October, took to Facebook last week to vent his rage at the lack of baby-changing facilities in men's public bathrooms.

"There are NEVER diaper changing stations in men's public restrooms," he wrote.

'The first public men's room that I go into that has one gets a free shout out on my FB page! #?BeTheChange."

Kutcher's post struck a chord with his Facebook friends, and has been "liked" almost 240000 times. Followers as far afield as Australia, Sweden and Newcastle urged the actor to pay them a visit to sample their superb dad-friendly facilities.

In California, the state Senate last year passed two bills that mandated equal access to nappy-changing stations in new public bathrooms.

Several dad bloggers, including author Doyin Richards, have led a "potty parity" campaign for improved changing facilities in men's bathrooms in America.
